phillipkuoch: I remember getting bullied for being overweight, I actually did cry and it has taken me almost 4 years later for me to finally feel like I’m worth it. This one is for the bully who bullied me in high school.

liveswole: In the first picture I was 300 lbs and that was taken feb ‘11. Second picture was me post my first warrior dash at 250 lbs july ‘11. Third picture was at 195 lbs sept ‘12. My lowest was 181 lbs in april of ‘11. I’m 6’4” tall.

fatman2fitman: I’m 5’ 10”. My before photos show me at 224.7 lbs when I started the Power 90 Program. In 90 days I dropped 39.3 lbs, bringing me to 185.4 lbs. I’ve still got a lot of work to do and am continuing to work out. I’m doing the Power 90 Master Series now and plan to start P90X soon.

itsoktofail: 6’0”, in the before picture I was 272, in the after picture I’m 201. In March I overheard my roommate and a classmate talk about going to the gym and working out and was immediately interested. My classmate, Travis, was already I’m great shape and offered to help, but I would have to be 100% dedicated. Everyday he would write down a workout plan and I would do it. I would bust my ass and work muscles I had no idea existed. I started working out in March and by July I had lost 70 pounds. I ate regularly and healthy. I still run everyday, and I’ve dedicated a lot of my time helping my friends with their fitness and workout goals.
