Before and During: 195-150ish
I’ve lost even more since the 150 picture but haven’t taken any currents yet and I don’t intend to until my cruise in May.
This is the first time I’ve ever posted my bare stomach. I was alway too scared to but I was so proud of the progress that I wanted to share.
before January 2011: 172 lbs
after/during November 2011: 142 lbs
sassoune: 5’3, 180 to 129
End of 2009 - 190 lbs
End of 2011 - 135 lbs
After seeing how large I was from this one photo, I knew it was time to make a change for myself.
SW: 155 lbs
CW: 135 lbs
GW: 125 lbs
All of this in a period of 6 months. Slow progress, but here to stay.

final15: 5’3”. I’ve been heavy my whole life; started losing weight my senior year of high school (2006 - 2007). I’ve had some bumps along the road but I’ve lost a solid amount of weight. I am trying to get down to a lean, healthy body and I need support! My blog is called Final15 because I’ve been stuck at around 150 for almost 6 months and my goal is 135.

cuntclaws: I’m 5ft 3” and went from 138lbs to 119lbs in 6 months through doing Blogilates and Jillian Michaels workouts and eating clean. It took a lot of hard work and dedication but i got there in the end! Currently trying to build more muscle now that i’ve achieved my fat-loss goal :-)
andstilliirise: 5’3. Between 145-150 IN BOTH PHOTOS. I may even weigh more in the bottom two.
and they said lifting heavy weights makes you bulky ;)
