I have lost a total of 35 pounds so far, starting at 185 and currently I am 150, and still working on losing weight.
I am working on losing more weight, and getting more fit. But I am pretty happy with my weight lose.

psychthriller: After seeing myself in my Derby dress (pictured above) last May, I started working out. I weighed 141lbs. It wasn’t until September that I really started eating right, and that has made a HUGE difference. 15 lbs later, and I’m now at my first goal weight. I am 5’2 and 126 lbs. I hope to hit 118 by February but at this point, it’s not about the numbers anymore. I just want to have less body fat and more muscle. I want to be healthy. Heart disease runs in my family and my father had his first heart attack when he was 35! This weight-loss mission isn’t just about weight, it’s about creating healthy habits that will help me avoid the weight-related medical problems that have plagued my family for so many generations. It’s ending here. My future kids are not going to have to live through the teasing and health issues I’ve had to endure.
This blog is awesome, and it keeps me on track. When I lose my determination, I just hop on here and am reminded that yes, it is possible.

Starting weight: 230lbs at 5’2” when I was 16.
After: 120lbs at 5’2” at 21.
Now2 I’m 160 and working to get to 110-115lbs! Here we go!

I’ve played soccer all my life so my two-a-day work outs always gave me an excuse to go and chow down on a big mac. I never really thought of myself as fat just having a more athletic build. It was easy to hide with clothes but one day i realized how unhealthy i really was. You would never think as girl who works out everyday is unhealthy right? That where I was wrong. I was feeding my body trash. Exercise supplements your diet! You will get nowhere eating junk food even if you are working out. With an improved diet i dropped 20 pound, I’m so much faster and can still leg press 400 pounds (the same amount I could lift when I was heavier). I’m Healthy, strong AND can rock a bikini instead of hiding in sweat pants now! I might lose another 10lbs but right now I’m proud of the body I’ve created and i want to share my progress with everyone so they can see it is possible to lose weight!
