crash—: I’m 5’11”. This is a before and during. My highest weight was during high school, and this before picture is the only one I really have from that period. I’m now in college. I’ve yo-yo’d plenty of times over the years, and this is proof that you can succeed if you just keep trying and never give up.Also, this is a good photo for those of you who hate exercise and dread the gym.. My weight loss is due to purely healthy eating.
