I have lost a total of 35 pounds so far, starting at 185 and currently I am 150, and still working on losing weight.
I am working on losing more weight, and getting more fit. But I am pretty happy with my weight lose.

psychthriller: After seeing myself in my Derby dress (pictured above) last May, I started working out. I weighed 141lbs. It wasn’t until September that I really started eating right, and that has made a HUGE difference. 15 lbs later, and I’m now at my first goal weight. I am 5’2 and 126 lbs. I hope to hit 118 by February but at this point, it’s not about the numbers anymore. I just want to have less body fat and more muscle. I want to be healthy. Heart disease runs in my family and my father had his first heart attack when he was 35! This weight-loss mission isn’t just about weight, it’s about creating healthy habits that will help me avoid the weight-related medical problems that have plagued my family for so many generations. It’s ending here. My future kids are not going to have to live through the teasing and health issues I’ve had to endure. This blog is awesome, and it keeps me on track. When I lose my determination, I just hop on here and am reminded that yes, it is possible.
