My advice to anyone and everyone… is the scale does always matter, my body changed SO much during the weeks I stayed the same and gained. I am loving my new body and where it is going!
Can’t wait for a real “AFTER” photo!!
rrendyourheart: I’m 5’7”. There is a reason I don’t have my weight there - I actually don’t know it! After moving away from home, living with health conscious room-mates, and stepping on a scale for the first time in years (2nd pic) I finally realized my lifestyle wasn’t doing anything for me. It honestly didn’t occur to me how obese I was getting.. I was depressed and distracted and no one said anything about it so I just continued over eating and not doing anything! I did notice in pictures that I looked much bigger than I thought I was. But really, it was that year away and a summer working at camps that really kicked my butt and helped me continue on with making better choices and being more active. Heres to health! If I can do something about it, you certainly can!
