I got really excited about being close to 20,000...
I’m asking openly for any bloggers who run a similar sized tumblr with another, or multiple, members who manage the site: how did you choose your co-moderators? What kind of screening process did you find useful? (I have major trust issues and I’m a perfectionist, which is why I have postponed doing this for so long!)
